Race champions and contenders from 70 years of Porsche motorsports roared around the iconic 2.238-mile track while around 2,000 vehicles from past and present were on display.

The longest race in WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca’s 61-year history is expanding with a larger grid full of more of the world’s top GT endurance racers and additional manufacturers at the second annual Intercontinental GT Challenge California 8 Hours on October 26-28. Participation has grown significantly from the 19 participants in the inaugural race with entries nearing 35 teams fielding GT3, GT4, GT Cup and TCR machines from manufacturers that include Aston Martin, Audi, Bentley, BMW, Ferrari, Ford, Ginetta, Hyundai, Lamborghini, Mercedes-AMG, Panoz and Porsche.
This year’s championship-winning Pirelli World Challenge GTS drivers and teams are among the GT4 class entries set for the California 8 Hours sports car spectacular, the final event on the Intercontinental GT Challenge, at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca on October 26-28.
