Event Overview

Firestone Grand Prix of Monterey

The year-long road to the NTT IndyCar Series Championship ends at the Firestone Grand Prix of Monterey. For the second consecutive year, drivers and teams will be battling for the final points of the season in an attempt to rise in the standings at the season finale. Racing fans, sponsors and drivers enjoyed the return of IndyCar to Monterey and The Corkscrew last year where a young Colton Herta held off a charging Will Power for the checkered and his second victory of his rookie season. Look for even more excitement as teams now have a year of experience on how to attack the iconic track for even more last-minute passing and daring overtakes.
