Lexus Builds New Platform Greeting Visitors to WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca

Post

As the Official Luxury Vehicle of Monterey County’s WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca, Lexus is expanding its Experience Amazing campaign to the legendary race circuit. Lexus completed a new platform with a stunning Lexus LC angled on top to welcome visitors prior to this week’s Amgen Tour of California, presented by Lexus, and June’s U.S. Open at Pebble Beach. The display is centrally located as visitors and race teams enter from South Boundary Road, which is the main entrance during the premier events at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca.

The display complements the platform at the top of A Road, which is the primary entrance during non-race event days. The addition is the latest installment of increased Lexus branding and support of the entire 62-year-old Laguna Seca Recreation Area, which is experiencing a transformation in guest services and amenities.

Lexus offers guests the opportunity to experience the LC, GS F and RC F with a full day performance driving school hosted by Lexus Brand Ambassador – Professional Driver Scott Pruett starting on May 24, 25 and 26, 2019. The platform was visible during the Amgen Tour of California Men’s Stage 4 Start presented by Lexus on May 15. The 2019 premier event season continues with the MOTUL FIM Superbike World Championship GEICO Motorcycle U.S. Round with MotoAmerica (July 12-14); Monterey Pre-Reunion Races (August 10-11); Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion, featuring the 50th anniversary of IMSA (August 15-18); IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship (September 13-15); and the season finale of IndyCar for the Firestone Grand Prix of Monterey (September 20-22).
