The BUBBA burger SportsCar Grand Prix of Long Beach – Saturday’s feature race at 2:06-3:46 p.m. – will have the Prototype and GT classes racing at the same time. The feature race for IndyCar is the Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach on Sunday at 1:42-3:30 p.m.

Special for this year is the Historic GTO category which will be featured during 20-minute qualifying sessions beginning at 11:40 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Friday and a race at 5 p.m. on Saturday. The featured marque at the Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion is the 50th anniversary celebration of IMSA.

IndyCar’s annual visit to the Long Beach street circuit is the third race of their season championship that concludes at the Firestone Grand Prix of Monterey September 20-22. The event marks the long-awaiting return of Indy cars to WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca after a 15-year absence.

One week prior to the Firestone Grand Prix of Monterey, the penultimate race of the IMSA WeatherTech Sports Car Championship takes over the famed track on September 13-15 to kick off “Monterey Speed Week.” Combined pricing is available for fans who wish to attend both events.
